Kathy has been around the flooring industry for most of her life. Her late husband Greg started Bee Jay Carpet One Floor & Home along with his father in 1975. After working alongside him as Vice President for 10 years, she now runs the company with the help of her three children.

If you want your job schedule to go smooth and timely, Michael is your man. He is the third generation of his family to be involved in the flooring industry and has managed simple one room installs, to 150,000 s/f assisted living commercial properties. Michael also heads up our insurance division.
